If you are a consumer and could not resolve a dispute with us directly (see Complaints and service terms), you can file an application for out-of-court dispute resolution.

Good to know
- Only a consumer can file the application, i.e. a natural person not acting within their business activity.
- The application can be filed no later than 1 year after you first raised the claim with us.
- You must show with the application that you first tried to resolve the dispute directly with us.
- According to ČOI, out-of-court dispute resolution is generally free of charge.
